Performance indicators
The student will use the correct vocabulary words to name the body parts
The student will name the eight parts of the body appropriately.
Description of the activity
The teacher will show a Canva presentation that contains eight parts of the body to the students; then he/she will explain that the slides will be displayed one at a time, and they will be asked to identify and name each part.
Materials: A Canva presentation, a device for video calls, and an online video call platform.
Time: 10 minutes
Steps
The teacher lets the students know they will attend a ten-minute video call.
The teacher schedules a video call on Google Meet, Teams, Zoom, or any other platform and shares the link with the students.
The teacher allows one student at a time to join the online session and greets him/her.
The teacher shares their screen, displays the Canva presentation, shows one slide with a body part image, and asks "What is it?
The student should identify and name the parts of the body.
The teacher listens to the student’s responses and takes notes to provide feedback.
Finally, the teacher will thank the student for taking the oral assessment.
